On Dec 14, Rogers Wu, partner of Jin Mao, VP of Environment, Energy and Resource Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, was invited to attend the forum regarding greenhouse gas (GHG) trial trading in China/Shanghai The leader from Shanghai Municipal Development & Reform Commission introduced the implementation plan of GHG trial trading in Shanghai, which will be initiated in early 2013. Currently around 200 companies including a number of MNCs were listed.

Rogers Wu has chemical and environmental education background and working experiences. He is experienced in providing legal service in environmental area including but not limited to ENV laws, regulations and standards consultation, contracted energy management service, GHG trading. On 2nd Bund Financial Law Forums in this Nov, Rogers Wu presented the “Overview of GHG Finance Development and Recommendation” and systematically introduced the GHG trading situation globally and the plan to initiate the trial trading in China, especially in Shanghai.
