On 3rd December 2010, Partner Dong Liu, Lawrence Ho and Senior Counsel Alex Lin, on behalf of our firm, participated in the 2010 Lawyer Forum of Huangpu District, the 9th one as of this year, jointly held by the Huangpu Judicial Administration, Huangpu Lawyers Delegation and Huangpu District Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Mr. Zhirong Cai -Deputy Secretary of CPC committee of Huangpu District, Mr. Zhongding Liu -Deputy Director of Shanghai Judicial Administration, Mr. Yingfang Pan-Director of Huangpu Justice Administration, Mr. Dongyu Yang -Deputy Director of Huangpu Justice Administration and Mr. Zhengdong Liu-President of Shanghai Bar Association attended the Forum and delivered key speeches.

The Forum consisted of four parts. The first part is the theme speeches made by four excellent lawyers, followed by a "Prosecutors Vs Lawyers" debate with the theme of “Whether the death penalty in the corruption crime should be abolished” as the second part. The third part is the Awarding Ceremony and The Forum ended in the closing remarks of the leaders.

Our Law Firm is honored by the “Best Organization Award” and the Article Stock Option and its Application for Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises to be Listed in the Growth Enterprises Market written by Senior Counsel Alex Lin was also awarded.
