XMH HOLDINGS LTD made its debut on main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX) on 26th January 2011 after its successful IPO ended two days ago. The Initial Public Offer of 1.5 million shares was 157.5 times oversubscribed and $25.2 million in gross proceeds was raised from the IPO. UOB Singapore took the role of manger, underwriter and placement agent of the IPO. Jin Mao Law Firm  represented by Henry Mao and Lawrence Ho was retained as PRC legal adviser to the company, has provided full range legal services.
