Jin Mao is happy to announce that one of its associates’ article is published by Arbitrations and Law, Volume 122.

The article is named Application of Law on the Validity of Foreign-related Arbitration Agreement.

Arbitrations and Law is a reputable and influential law prints founded by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) and Institute of Arbitration of China Chamber of International Commerce.
