Having obtained his membership of Shanghai Bar Association in 2008.

Because of his independent legal mind, his opinions were often valued during internal deliberations with his former colleagues. His article challenging the reasonings of the No.54 Guiding Case on the pledge on bank account officially issued by the Supreme Court has even been published in 2018 by China Shanghai Judicial Think Tank organized by expert judges of Shanghai High Court.

By means of closing a remarkable amount of cases during his previous practice in court without revocation, remand or reversing, Mr HUANG has accumulated abundant experience on dispute resolution in commercial and financial fields, especially concerning company gouvernance, sercurity interest and financial renovation. Mr HUANG also provides legal services for certains clients in medical bussiness.
