Ms. Zhang has the Fund Qualification and Securities Qualification in China.

Ms. Zhang has nearly 10 years of experience in litigation and non-litigation legal services in the fields of construction and engineering, real estate, project financing and other corporate areas. Her business experience includes, but is not limited to, real estate investment and financing, real estate transfer project negotiations, real estate development process control, contract review and drafting of documents, commercial real estate operations (shopping mall / hotel), mergers and acquisitions, land use rights transfer, project bidding, moving demolition, construction project tracking services, etc，all of which involve every aspect of construction, real estate and related fields.

Ms. Zhang has served as a perennial legal consultant for a number of real estate companies and foreign-invested companies, and has participated in EPC and PPP projects. She has successfully represented hundreds of litigation and other non-litigation cases involving land, engineering disputes, real estate arbitration, including state-owned land transfer contract disputes, major construction engineering construction contract disputes, commercial housing contract disputes, property service contract disputes, etc.
