Li Hai Long

Mr. Li Hailong, partner of Jin Mao Law Firm and legal adviser for PAPSH, had been engaged in legal work in a state-owned enterprise since 1993 and entered Shanghai Xiehe Cooperation in 2002, where he provided legal services for real estate development, investment and construction of oil service stations and refined oil retailing. Mr. Li possesses deep understanding in the whole process of the development of real estate and construction projects. He has also provided legal services for the successful syndicated loan project for the company.

In 2007, Mr. Li joined Jin Mao Law Firm and worked as a lawyer. His areas of practice include: real estate, construction project, contract dispute, company law and corporate governance, infringement cases such as motor-vehicle traffic accident, personal injury and product liability, company dissolution as well as bankruptcy liquidation.

Since June 18th, 2013, Mr. Li has acted as the head of the 30-lawyer team from the firm in cooperating with and offering legal services for the tenth squadron of the fourth detachment of PAPSH for nearly seven years. He is quite popular among the soldiers and officers. In July 2019, the firm’s Committee of Communist Party of China was awarded Outstanding CPC Committee in National Legal Industry by the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Li has provided legal services since 2010 for PetroChina Shanghai Petroleum Exchange Center, PetroChina Shanghai Marketing Company, PetroChina West East Gas Pipeline Company, PetroChina East Gas Marketing Company. In December 2018, Mr. Li led his team from Jin Mao and managed to enter the first-class lawyer tank for dispute resolution of China National Petroleum Corporation.

Personal Background：

Mr. Li graduated from the law school of Liaoning University. He had been engaged since 1993 in corporate legal work. In May 2001, he joined Shanghai Xiehe Cooperation, where he successively offered legal services for the petroleum sector, real estate sector and for the whole business. In 2007, he entered Jin Mao Law Firm and served as a full time lawyer after several months as a trainee. In June 2013, Mr. Li was promoted as a partner of the firm, and on 18th, he represented the firm to collaborate with the tenth squadron of the fourth detachment of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force Shanghai (herein after referred to as “PAPSH”) in the building of security legal system. In 2016, he was named Distinguished Individual of Huangpu District in Supporting the Military and Giving Their Families Preferential Treatment; in 2017, he was recognized as Excellent Member of the Communist Party of China by the Judicial Bureau of Huangpu District. In the same year, he took the role of legal adviser for PAPSH. Since 2019, Mr. Li started acting as a member of the Social Responsibility Promotion Committee (the Public Legal Service Establishment Committee) and the State-owned Assets and Enterprise Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
