Mr. YUAN Jie has been practicing as a lawyer in China since 1987 after his graduation from East China Institute of Politics & Law in 1983.  Apart from practicing in China, Mr. YUAN Jie has also worked in the law offices in US and Europe as an expert of Chinese law in order to develop the legal business relating to investment in China as the biggest emerging market in 1990s. He was a member of International Association of Young Lawyers (“AIJA”) as well as the International Bar Association (“IBA”).  Mr. YUAN Jie is fluency in English.
