During the practicing for more than 20 years, Mr. Yu has accumulated a wealth of experience in finance and securities, holding company, listed share-holding companies, state-owned enterprises and other services.

Mr. Yu has provided different kinds of legal services which include to be the counselor-at-law for bunch of securities and stock enterprises, listed share-holding companies, real estate companies, such as Shanghai Branch of Construction Bank of China, ChangJiang Securities CO.,LTD, China Technology International Trust and Investment Corporation, Shanghai Join Buy Group, Shanghai Join Buy Co., LTD, Shanghai Kaikai Group, Shanghai Kaikai Co., LTD, and Shanghai Yidian Holding (Group) Company, etc. In 1991-2008, he had taken part in the two great reforms of those State-owned companies which included Shanghai Yidian Holding (Group) Company, that from administration to investment management, and that from the investment to equity management.

In addition, with the extensive experience in corporate restructuring services, Mr. Yu has successfully accomplished the projects listed below: the MBO project consulting of asset management companies and intermediary companies which belong to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch, the restructuring project of trade company Shanghai Angola which affiliates to Shanghai, 900 (Group) Co., Ltd, the restructuring project of Shanghai Trademark Office, and so on.   

Simultaneity, Mr. Yu, as the main force of Jinmao lawyer team, has participated in the equity restructuring of Shanghai Yidian Holding (Group) Company. And he has provided services for the issuing of A&B shares of Dalian Dahua Group, Ningbo Dunhuang Group as the corporate and the main securities underwriter counsel providing legal services related to security and equity. Real estate and engineering construction：

On early years, graduated from the senior professional training seminar of the Ministry of Construction Real Estates Department, Mr. Yu has served as the specialized counselor for Shanghai Real Estate Group Ltd, Beijing Hung Di Long Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and a number of other real estate developers, and provide legal services for the construction of several commercial real estate and star hotels in Beijing, Jiangsu, and Shanghai.

Energy Resource ：

Mr. Yu focuses on the exploitation and research of new areas, such as foreign investment and private enterprises which were involved in coal and coal bed methane exploration.

Mr. Yu has served as the specialized counselor for China Energy Resource and Science Group Ltd of Hong Kong and its affiliated enterprises in Guizhou, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang Province, has participated in the major projects of coal and coal bed methane exploration in Permo-Carboniferous in Shanbei, Shaanxi Province, Qigaolihan Coal Mining (Block No.1) in Bayan Tsagaan of Inner East Ujimqin, Physical and Chemical Coal Exploration area in Dafang County, Guizhou Province. He has also provided legal services for capital transfer of wind power project in Heilongjiang District as well as the venture joint project of integration of wind power and coal and SNG production in Nanjing.

In addition, Mr. Yu, as the special counsel, has provided non-litigation legal services in the following aspects: capital or shares acquisition, the invitation and submission of tenders to energy exploration projects as well as drafting, enforcing and practicing due diligence in the contractual subject etc., in the field of exploration contract.

Foreign-related legal issues：

As the leading lawyer in the special group providing investment, mergers and acquisitions services, Mr. Yu has carried out the legal work in the whole investment and acquisitions in the Morgan Datong project set up jointly by J.P. Morgan Broking Limited and related company, which includes assets evaluation and stock right transfer. Mr. Yu has also offered legal opinions in the area of non-litigation services to Internet Corporation with great reputation in China, and provided legal advice for international fashion malls such as 0101 Holding Limited and L’Oreal, for its whole leasing project negotiation and other related issues.

Intellectual property：

Born in a family with the rich art atmosphere, Mr. Yu has eyes only for Chinese calligraphy, painting and seal cutting art, and he also likes collection and appreciation. He has dedicated to maintaining legal rights of painting, calligraphy and seal cutting art.

With the theoretical and practical ability in the field of intellectual property protection, Mr. Yu is director and legal consultants of Shanghai Art Research Association of Wu Changshuo.
