He has served in Taiwan financial institutions, such as Chunghwa Post Co.,Ltd.(Taiwan), SinoPac Holdings and some government organs such as Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan,R.O.C.(Taiwan), being long-term engaged in legal affairs, credit management, credit granting, risk control, software development dispute mediation, etc. He has acquired a lot of professional qualifications and certificates, such as Legal Qualification Certificate of P. He has ever been involved in certain merge & acquisition projects of bank and securities, financial holding company and bank during his financial career in Taiwan.
