Mr. Shi has provided all-around legal services for many Taiwan listed (or OTC listed) companies (including financial institutions, property development groups and Technological enterprises) regarding their business expansion in Mainland and for Mainland companies regarding their investments to Taiwan, and also has successfully dealt with a number of influential dispute cases of cross-strait investments.

 

Mr. Shi, during his practice, has handled a large number of civil and commercial litigation or arbitration cases on companies, contracts, real estate, international trade, finance, insurance, intellectual property, labor and other aspects and a number of criminal cases, and served a number of big or medium-sized enterprises as legal counsel, to assist them in handling a large number of routine legal matters, and to participate in activities relating to the incorporation, governance, finance,M&As, assets restructuring, liquidation, real estate, international trade and other non-litigation business, and accumulated a wealth of experience in non-litigation legal services.

 

Mr. Shi has been active in public interests undertakings for many years, and frequently involved in the legal services for the non-profit organizations and successively served as supervisors or counsels of some non-profit organizations. Now he also serves as the deputy director of Public Welfare and Legal Aid professional committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
