With the concentration on the financial and securities business, Ms. Ren focuses on many types of legal services, including issuance of both domestic and foreign securities, financial services, mergers and acquisitions and debt service.

Ms.Ren spent one year on secondment to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Shanghai) and give assistance to Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information in the continuous reprint of <Shanghai SME restructuring Guide>.

Ms.Ren has engaged in many companies sharing issue in A stock and go public as a chief lawyer. She is now committing on giving assistance to companies to list on national equities exchange and quotations system. 

Ms.Ren, acting as the chief lawyer for listing service in Hong Kong for several corporations, undertook the refunding and acquisition service for several Hong Kong listed companies.

Ms.Ren has acted as the leading lawyer for more than forty bond operations within the National Inter-bank Bond Market, and for corporate bonds of several listed companies, and for the privately raised company bonds of middle and small-sized enterprises.

Ms.Ren, acting as the leading lawyer for the refunding service, undertook projects of acquisition for several listed companies.
