Mr. Liu currently serves as the perennial legal counsel for several Fortune 500 Enterprises and Multinational Companies, providing legal opinion on product innovation, production, sales and marketing. Also he has participated in several merger and acquisition projects, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He Provides clients with whole-process legal services in the mode design, due diligence, negotiation and legal document preparation. He handles commercial disputes through litigation and arbitration on behalf of multinational companies.

Mr. Liu is the Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); Arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and Arbitrator of Ningbo Arbitration Commission, the Specialist Mediator of Singapore International Mediation Centre, and serves as foreign-related practice tutor of Shanghai International Studies University Law School, and is also independent director of Transwarp (Stock code: 688031). Further, He is selected for “One Thousand Outstanding Lawyers Engaging in Foreign Business" by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.
