Mr. Liu primarily practices in foreign-related legal matters, corporate and M&A, intellectual property, and civil and commercial dispute resolution.

Mr. Liu has long served as permanent legal counsel to a number of Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations, advising them on product research and development, manufacturing, sales, and other business matters. He has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions, and business restructurings, including cross-border M&A transactions, providing clients with full-process legal services covering deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and preparation of legal documentation. Mr. Liu advises leading enterprises on anti-unfair competition matters, assisting clients in building competition compliance frameworks and providing legal counsel on marketing and advertising, trade secret protection, and responses to commercial defamation. He represents clients in safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests through various judicial channels. Mr. Liu has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration and litigation, having acted as counsel in numerous major cross-border and domestic dispute resolution cases.

Mr. Liu is qualified to practice law in the People's Republic of China and is also Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong.

Mr. Liu has been recognized by the Ministry of Justice as one of the "1,000 National Foreign-Related Legal Talents" and by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice as a "Dingxin Legal Talent."
