Team 1 led by Guo Jun, specialises in legal services related to the real estate investment, development and management, and infrastructure and economic development zone development and management. It provides the real estate companies and development zones with work process establishment, sample documents, training, tax planning and other customized legal services. It has successfully provided services for many famous real estate companies across the country in areas of asset restructuring, equity acquisitions, corporate merger and demerger, etc.  The team was closely involved in numbers of real estate acquisition and transfer projects as well.

Having done massive research and case studies on real estate trust and its risk control solution analysis, ranging from project negotiation, contract drafting, and the middle and long-term risk management and prevention solutions,  Guo Jun’s team has worked as Risk Control Consultant on Minmetals International Trust, BITIC, AJ Trust and other real estate trusts projects.

Team 2 focuses on the business regarding patent reexamination, patent litigation, patent validity and infringement analysis, judicial and administrative protection of patent rights, patent customs protection, patent search and monitoring, patent management annual fee, overall patent management, patent protection strategy design, and other patent-related issues in transactions (including technology transfer and licensing).

General business areas Team 2 touches on include corporate legal affairs, direct foreign investment, countering unfair competition, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, bankruptcy liquidation, corporate lawsuits, and commercial arbitration, etc.

Community Contribution and Honours Gained:

Guo Jun has acted as the legal advisor for Shanghai Xuhui District Complaints Office, Xuhui District Bureau of Retired Veteran Cadres, Xuhui District Federation of Returned Overseas, Pudong New District Ethnic Minorities Association, and other government departments and societies for years.  She is a member of Shanghai Young Entrepreneurs Association, Shanghai Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Team, China Juvenile Delinquency Research Association, and China Law Society.

In the past few years, she has won honors of Woman Pace-setter of Xuhui District and Outstanding Performer of Xuhui District Judicial and Administrative Departments. Her paper won the first prize of “Outstanding Academic Paper by Young Lawyers”.
