Now being a full-time lawyer of Jin Mao Law Firm, a member of the Legal Advisory Group of Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau and Shanghai Ecological Environment Administration, and a member of the Environmental Resources and Energy Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
Prior to practicing as a lawyer, have worked 16 years in large state-owned enterprises, Taiwan-funded enterprises and well-known American funded enterprises as production supervisor, EHS management in DuPont (later renamed Invista).
Familiar with EHS related laws and regulations, with rich EHS legal risk identification, risk assessment and risk control experience, good at combining legal requirements with practical experience, to provide enterprises with more operational and targeted overall legal solutions. Including daily operation EHS compliance consulting and audit, corporate investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring process of environmental safety legal due diligence, on-site audit, training, etc.
