Ms Yan specializes in handling economic, civil and commercial litigations, especially labor disputes, contract disputes, infringement claims and family law.

Expert in labor law research and practice, she has extensive experience in drafting and revising employment contracts, formulating internal labor policies and resolving labor disputes. Also, as regular legal counsel of companies, Ms YAN works with these companies to help them with their legal issues arising from daily business, such as drafting and revising contracts, internal rules and policies, offering legal advice in human resources and others business issues.
