Mr. Ho focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC investment, FDI, and other cross-border business transactions. He also advises and represents major state-owned Chinese companies in their onshore and offshore acquisitions and other investment projects.

Mr. Ho has advised many international and Chinese domestic companies for their public offerings, private placements and bond offerings in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Mr. Ho is skilled in the debt investment, asset management and ABS projects of various financial institutions including trust, insurance and securities.

Mr. Ho has extensive experience in infrastructure and PPP projects. He has advised its clients on water or sewage pipes construction and operation projects, solid waste disposal projects, medical waste disposal projects and expressway BOT/BT financing transactions.

Mr. Ho is also specializing in financial transactions including derivatives, lending against security and syndicated loans etc.
