She handles a broad range of contract disputes, particularly foreign-related contract disputes and cross-border transaction disputes; assists with negotiations in Chinese, Japanese and English; and provides ongoing legal support from initial dispute response through litigation, arbitration and enforcement.

Her academic and research experience in Japan also enables her to support Chinese technology, robotics and smart manufacturing companies entering the Japanese market. Her services include designing market-entry routes and partnership models; connecting clients with Japanese companies, distributors, trading companies and industry partners; contract negotiations; compliance implementation; and ongoing legal support after market entry. She also assists Japanese companies with industry visits in China, supplier searches and initial transactions, and provides intellectual property, employment compliance and ongoing general counsel services.
