She practices in environmental, natural resources and energy law, ESG compliance and governance, as well as artificial intelligence and digital technology law. Her work also extends to employment compliance, corporate governance, foreign-related legal matters, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. She provides both retainer and project-based legal services to large multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises. She services include day-to-day legal consultation, the development of compliance management systems, support for specific legal matters, and representation in related civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her clients include a number of large multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and major private enterprises. Her main areas of work include:

• Providing legal services in relation to contract review and revision, corporate compliance consultation, EHS compliance management, and EHS due diligence in equity acquisitions and mergers;

• Participating in responses to administrative penalties, labor and commercial dispute resolution, handling of foreign-related legal matters, and the drafting, translation, and communication of bilingual legal documents in Chinese and English;

• Providing specialized legal services in administrative penalty proceedings, including statements and defenses, hearings, administrative reconsideration, and representation in administrative litigation, assisting enterprises in responding to administrative supervision and enforcement risks;

• Providing legal consultation and training services on environmental torts and environmental compliance in both Chinese and English, assisting enterprises in enhancing their ability to prevent and control environmental legal risks;

• Previously serving as Secretary of the Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Committee, and currently serving as an officer of the ESG Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association;

• Being selected for the "Eco-Practitioners" Program organized by Vermont Law School in the United States, providing legal services to NGO organizations;

Dispute Resolution:

1.Represented a listed company in a contract dispute concerning pollution prevention and control facilities, with the disputed amount exceeding RMB 8 million. Provided dispute resolution legal services in relation to contract performance, allocation of liability, and other issues arising from the construction and operation of environmental protection facilities.

2.Represented a listed company in a contract-for-work dispute involving a contract value of more than RMB 2 million. Provided legal analysis and litigation support on issues relating to contract performance, quality of equipment and facilities, and payment liabilities.

3.Represented the legal affairs department of a Shanghai government authority in responding to administrative litigation. Provided legal support on issues including the legality of administrative acts, administrative procedures, and the legal basis for administrative enforcement, and participated in the resolution of administrative disputes.

4.Participated in the representation of a large private enterprise in Shanghai in a criminal case involving suspected environmental pollution. Provided specialized criminal defense support on issues including the company’s environmental compliance obligations in the course of production and operation, the determination of pollution-related conduct, and the assumption of criminal liability.
