Scarlett Xu has provided legal services in the whole process of transaction structure design, overseas license application, due diligence, business negotiation, contract formulation and legal opinion issuance for a number of equity/debt investment and financing, company merger and acquisition, import/export and offshore factoring projects. Scarlett Xu has participated in a number of supply chain finance projects using laws and regulations including digital certificate, electronic depository, blockchain, personal information protection, network security, data compliance, and cross-border payment, and provided legal services for a subsidiary of COSCO, SPIC and SIIC in setting up a supply chain finance platform. She also has extensive project experience in cross-border financing, disposal of non-performing assets and asset securitization.
Scarlett Xu also provides dispute resolution services for clients in civil and commercial areas (including corporate law, leasing, factoring, bill finance, lending, real estate, etc.), and has mainly served companies such as an e-commerce company under China Continent Insurance, Aijian Factoring, Gezhouba Leasing, and a robotics company under CSG.
