Jin Mao team consisted of Henry Mao, Max Han and Bill Ho has successfully represented a Saudi Arabian Company, Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid & Sons Company Ltd., in an international arbitration case in CIETAC Shanghai Branch. In the case, Jin Mao has raised counter-claim against the claimant for its delinquency of providing goods, and the counter-claim was supported by the tribunal.
